Despite being aware of recent developments in the CRM world, I still prefer Act! due to its flexibility and clarity, without any unnecessary complexities. However, the pricing is a bit high and the inability to schedule integrating segment runs earlier than four hours has posed some problems. I chose Act-On because I needed a comprehensive social media and automation tool. It was highly recommended and after a test drive, its ease of use and functionality proved itself.
