I regard Otter as one of the best tools I've utilized to date. Despite its limited capabilities, it excels in its function. Whether I need a simple way to take notes during a business call or as an author looking to publish a book, Otter has been incredibly helpful. I was astounded by its accuracy and its ability to interpret multiple sounds and speakers when I first used it. Its export options are vital for converting my podcast, video, or other content into a blog post or repurposed content. The pricing is fair, and even the most affordable subscription plan provides a substantial amount of transcription time. It takes relatively little time to upload and transcribe recordings. However, there are a few downsides. Previously, the site offered 600 minutes of free transcription services each month, which was beneficial for beginners like me, but now it's reduced to only 3 imports. Another issue is that while I can create a folder under my account, I can't share it with other groups.
