Remarkably Unreliable.
I've spent an entire day attempting to record five short videos, with most of my time consumed by trying to get Loom to function properly. It seems to randomly decide whether to record my face with the screen capture. I used Loom for the same task last year without any problems, so I assume a recent update has negatively affected its performance.

A Top Pick for Team Communication!
Overall, I find Loom to be one of our preferred tools for team communication. Its new AI transcription feature is particularly helpful for our foreign team members in understanding video voiceovers. However, as a startup, we are mindful of the pricing model of each tool, so a more startup-friendly pricing option would have been appreciated.
