Appreciating Payfit's Unique Approach and Commitment to Improvement
Absolutely love Payfit! We discovered their true value after we had moved on from their services. They had made some minor mistakes, which led to a few fines for us, but it was a learning curve for both parties. The process only got more engaging from there, as we had the opportunity to send certified emails for every document they had missed, and we're still eagerly waiting for a few more. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for their unique approach to work and their commitment to improvement.

Outstanding Software Solution
I am extremely satisfied with the Payfit system. I initially purchased it for its payroll feature, but now I also use it for HR purposes. It has allowed me to manage payroll in-house, giving me accurate and up-to-date information whenever I need it. The helpdesk is incredibly helpful and always responds quickly. The staff guided me through the entire implementation process and have been very patient with all my questions, even creating a custom report for me. The only downside is that sometimes accessing a feature can be a bit slow. I chose Payfit for its cost-effectiveness and the control it offers. I switched to Payfit to have control of the system in-house as my company is growing and for its cost. The vendor responded to my feedback, assuring me that they have addressed the issue of the app's speed with their tech team, who are working hard to make improvements by July. They also expressed their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, especially during the busy payroll period.
