Before using Remotely-Works, my co-founder, another engineer and I faced significant challenges with hiring. It was time-consuming and the competitive market made it even more difficult. We aimed to expand our candidate pool beyond the US, but also wanted to maintain a close timezone. Setting up an entity was costly and building the right network in other countries was time-consuming, given our limited connections. However, our experience with Remotely has been enjoyable. Loli and Horacio were excellent during the hiring process, and Pau was very helpful with our contracts and offers. They were all very responsive.
