The iPhone app and the desktop app sync perfectly, keeping everything up-to-date. However, I do have some issues with Things, primarily the lack of collaboration support. It would be helpful to be able to add people to projects or task lists, or assign tasks to others. I also understand why some users are disappointed about the inability to add attachments. I switched to Things because I was dissatisfied with OmniFocus or Microsoft To Do.

      I believe Things is the best software I've ever bought. I use it heavily for both professional and personal tasks. It has replaced my need for expensive project management software by providing a simple interface without an overloaded UI, enabling me to do everything without constant switching. Although Things isn't open source or free and is quite expensive considering 4/5x points of access, I find it acceptable for a lifetime license. I switched to Things looking for a simpler solution on desktop and in app format.
