My participants are automatically booked and cancellations can be handled independently. I don't have to organize anything anymore and my customers are very satisfied with this booking option because it's very simple and saves a lot of time. I initially thought the software was good, but later felt that I was sold an overpriced version that wasn't worth the money. I found the support system to be lacking, particularly when I ran into problems. The software isn't supported by many websites. However, integrating the payment system was easy and processing payments was straightforward. I found the software difficult to use and it didn't connect to many websites. In response to my review, the Business Development Manager, Shaye Illich, claimed that my review was incorrect and that their team had addressed all my needs. He also said that the system's complexity depends on the individual property/rate setup and that they support a large number of OTAs. He suggested that my negative review might be an attempt to avoid paying outstanding bills, but assured me that they don't operate in such a way.
