My Thrilling Journey with Webinarjam: An Investment Worth the Ride
I invest nearly 1/year in Webinarjam and it's been quite an adventure. On two occasions, my webinar experienced some hiccups, which was a unique learning curve for me. Their innovative approach to problem-solving was to create a new webinar, which I found to be a fresh and exciting challenge. They stand firm on their policy of not providing compensation, which I respect as it shows their confidence in their product. It's been a rollercoaster ride, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Despite being the premium choice in the market, it's also the most thrilling. I'm incredibly thrilled with my journey with them.

User-Friendly Email System of WebinarJam: A Game-Changer with Minor Hiccups
I'm really enjoying my experience with WebinarJam's email system! They offer an integrated email software that's incredibly user-friendly and perfect for creating pre and post-webinar emails. I love how easy it is to craft my messages. There have been a few instances where my emails didn't send, but without any error messages or notifications, it's hard to pinpoint the issue. These are just standard emails, nothing out of the ordinary. Despite this minor hiccup, I'm finding the service to be generally reliable and it's been a game-changer for my current webinar funnel, where post-webinar emails are key. I'm genuinely impressed that they offer this service, which works seamlessly most of the time. It's just a small bump in the road that I'm sure they'll iron out soon!

Untrustworthy and Deceptive: WebinarJam Review
In 22, I purchased a lifetime subscription from WebinarJam to support the company in its early stages. However, on September 27, 223, they informed me that my ENTERPRISE level account was being discontinued. They offered me the opportunity to subscribe to the same ENTERPRISE level account for $99 a month for the next 12 months, with no mention of what would happen after that period. Essentially, they unethically deleted my lifetime subscription, which I had paid a significant amount for, only to offer me the chance to pay monthly for the same level of service. They assured me that if I started paying monthly, there would be no disruption to my account content or functionality. I have the email they sent me as proof. I would advise anyone considering giving their money to this company or its parent company, Genesis Digital, based in Las Vegas, to research them thoroughly first. I found their actions to be unethical, dishonest, and disrespectful to the customers who supported them from the beginning.
