I was searching for a tracking tool that could prioritize our projects for our leadership team's reviews. The Cascade Team was excellent, devising ways for us to highlight and track, but the product was overly sophisticated for our needs. I would recommend this product and the team to anyone if it fits their usage needs, but it wasn't the best fit for us. Cascade is a great tool for tracking initiatives and using them to drive performance and KPI's. However, it was too intricate for our company that mainly tracks progress on initiatives. Our leaders struggled to delegate updates to their team members, leading them to use other methods as working documents and then updating Cascade for the leadership team. Despite its KPI tracking capabilities, we found it difficult to attach metrics to many of our initiatives due to their nature.
