I primarily use Cascade Strategy with my clients who don't want their strategic plans to just become Books On The Shelf (BOTS). Cascade allows for constant updates, setting new goals and initiatives, and real-time reporting. It provides an easy-to-use platform that keeps the plan active throughout its life-cycle. Cascade Strategy Execution SaaS simplifies the complex task of generating accountability around strategic initiatives, making it clear, concise, and transparent. The setup process forces you to consider the alignment of your goals, objectives, focus areas, and vision. Cascade recognizes that the key unit of strategy implementation is people, subtly emphasizing this throughout the platform. The platform is visually appealing, but there's room for improvement in the printed reports. It's difficult to represent the complex and multi-layered relationships between people, tasks, goals, vision, etc. on a static printed page. However, I believe it could be better than it currently is.

Excellent for Enhancing Organizational Oversight and Visibility
Starting with Cascade was extremely easy and the setup was hassle-free, unlike other software I've used before. It immediately combines strategy, accountability, progress, reporting, risk, and governance, offering a complete overview of the current situation. I haven't seen any other software do this as effectively. However, I feel it could provide more 'wins' for the end user. I'm not entirely sure what these would involve, but I believe it's essential to keep improving the end-user experience while also enhancing the management view.
