I value the support from the Recurly team, they're incredibly helpful and I'd be lost without them. I haven't used other programs for comparison, but I feel Recurly fulfills most of our needs. I'm fond of its design and user-friendly interface. However, I wish there was more customization in terms of reporting and I find it somewhat unintuitive. I miss having tooltips to guide me through the software. Even though there's a Help section and FAQ, it takes time to find the information I need. The vendor responded positively to my feedback and suggested I check the documentation for improvements in reporting features.
