I've been a loyal user of FreshBooks for several years now and I've always been a huge fan! The mileage tracker is a feature I've found to be incredibly useful, and I appreciate the convenience of having my payment automatically deducted each month. I also love how easy it is to upload receipts and save expenses - it's a real time-saver! There have been a few minor hiccups along the way, but I'm confident that the FreshBooks team is working hard to resolve these. While I've heard good things about QuickBooks, I'm sticking with FreshBooks for now because of its user-friendly interface and excellent features.

As a person with no accounting knowledge, Freshbooks gave me the confidence to manage my own business, ensuring all taxes and bookkeeping were handled correctly and without stress. It was easy to get started and I've learned a lot from using the software. The user-friendly interface, complete with helpful tooltips and explainers, made it simple to begin. The invoice automation features made it easy to ensure timely payments each month. However, the transaction fee for Freshbooks handling invoice payment is quite high and only decreases when you start paying them more. Also, some of the more advanced features require a sales call to negotiate pricing.

I've been using Freshbooks for over a year now and I'm based in Australia, running a sole trader business. I've found that Freshbooks offers a comprehensive accounting system that's more than I need, but it's great to know that the functionality is there if my business grows. Navigating the app can be a bit tricky at times, but their online instructions are usually quite helpful. I've noticed that when I log into my account online, I'm redirected to a marketing page that offers a variety of products. While I don't currently need these additional services, it's good to know what's available for future reference. I've also noticed a link to cancel my subscription at the bottom of the page, which is handy to know. It does mention that I need to call during office hours to cancel, which can be a bit challenging due to the time difference, but it's reassuring to know that there's a human at the other end of the line to assist me. I've had a few instances where I've had to email them instead, and they've always been responsive. It's been a bit of a learning curve since July 222, but I'm getting the hang of it. I appreciate that they're asking for my input to improve their services. Overall, I feel like Freshbooks is a company that's invested in my business growth and is always looking for ways to improve their services. I'm not familiar with Canadian law, but I'm considering recommending Freshbooks to my network because of the value it provides. I've already emailed them my details and I'm looking forward to seeing how they continue to evolve.
