01 Is Jotform any Good? My expert Review
I've utilized Jotform across many different professional and personal projects and can sincerely say that for time-consuming processes like event registrations, it is very effective at eliminating repetitive work. While designing personalized forms, using integrated payment made for a really simple process that took away a lot of administrative work.
I especially liked the ability and flexibility to customize forms to obtain information specific to my needs, and to link to other tools such as Google Sheets and Mailchimp - it really saved me time.
The only negative I would share is that sometimes the user interface can be a bit tricky at times when trying to add more complex features such as conditional logic. Improving the user interface and better support so I could get answers more quickly would be excellent.
But on the whole, I am generally very happy with Jotform. It is powerful, integrates well and is transparent in its pricing. It can get expensive to scale, but it generally provides the value needed for most use cases.

The best part for me is that Jotform solves everyday problems quickly. We use it for surveys, contact forms, and internal requests, and the integrations with Slack and Sheets keep submissions visible without manual follow up. There are occasional limits depending on plan level, but overall it has been a solid tool for the price

The mobile app has been more practical than I expected. When our team is away from the office, we can still check entries, share forms, and get alerts quickly. We came in through Joinsecret and the lower annual pricing for the first year was a nice bonus, but we stayed because the product is genuinely useful

Cleaner Onboarding with Conditional Logic
We use it for onboarding questionnaires, and the conditional sections make the experience much cleaner for new customers. Only the relevant questions appear, which reduced drop off for us. I also appreciated getting a discounted first year via Joinsecret since it made testing it at a larger scale less risky
