2 Stars for Kangaroo, Here's Why
I gave Kangaroo software 2 stars mainly because of the free chime I received and its low cost of $2. However, I was under the impression that it had two-way audio, but I can't find this feature or any promotion mentioning it. Even the box it came in suggested it had two-way audio, but I have no proof. Apparently, this feature is only available with the privacy camera. I previously bought a Digo camera from the Wish app, which was much better as I could use the app to see and talk to people at my front door without them ringing the doorbell. This Kangaroo software is not as good.

The program's commitment to long-term value and timely communication is commendable, improving our customer experience. However, a significant drawback of the loyalty program is its lack of a cashback promotion feature, which is crucial for my business. As a result, I've had to use an external product to offer my customers cash.
