Your Go-To App for Team and Task Management
I am extremely pleased with the Rock software. It has successfully met our team and task management requirements. We utilize the app for our weekly planning and one of its standout features is its capability to send team notifications about the tasks for the whole week. It also sends daily task reminders. However, attaching files to a task can be a bit inconvenient as they need to be added one by one. We opted for Rock due to its user-friendliness, simplicity, and its ability to address two issues - team chat and task management. Moreover, it's very cost-effective.

Perfect Tool for Freelancers Needing Comprehensive App
As a freelancer, I use Rock to manage multiple projects with different people and organizations. I create separate spaces for each project, invite collaborators, and share plans, tasks, and files. They can track my workflow and see which tasks are completed. Unlike Trello and Slack, Rock allows us to discuss at the task level, reducing the need for endless emails. Rock is very user-friendly, especially when working with external organizations and clients. I can easily invite them to a space, share documents, tasks, and even set up video meetings. I appreciate the ability to discuss within tasks, which eliminates the need to switch between a project management software and a communication app. I'm currently enjoying using Rock, but I'm looking forward to more integrations with other tools. I chose Rock because it combines communication and project management with integrated tasks.
