It also includes built-in CRM and API services, which I find very appealing. However, the most significant drawback is the lack of recent updates from the developers, causing the tool to lag and become unresponsive during operation. The absence of drag and drop features often results in multiple bugs during processing. The poor functionality and customer support further diminish the software's appeal.
