I have explored several alternatives to Stripe Atlas that offer similar services. These include

Doola forgot to file my EIN application for 5 weeks
Stay away if you can. These morons forgot to file my EIN application for 5 weeks and now it looks like it'll take another 8 weeks to get the EIN. Then it took em 2 full days to contact their internal filing team for feedback on what happend (still unresolved) and give me a solution. For context, without an EIN, you can't open bank accounts, get payment processors, and what not. Your company is essentially dead in the water.

Refuse to refund despite no services provided.
Be cautious in recommending LegalStart here, they are extremely unwilling and inflexible with customer service and are happy to take your money upfront without being willing to refund for issues. They refused refund despite the fact that their service wouldn't work for me. I paid upfront for the company registration service, and then was told during the process that they couldn't complete the service for my situation. They insist that I paused the service, but I clearly was unable to continue (or else I would have a registered business through them?) and so was forced to pause. Then they wouldn't refund the payment I'd literally just paid that day. They did offer a credit which is useless to me as I found another company who was able to correctly support me in registering the business and I do not want to do any more business with Legalstart especially based on this experience. Have requested a refund several times and they still refuse despite having provided zero services or support.
