Superb Tool: Streamlines Tasks, Ditches Paper Use
I appreciate Trackforce-Valiant over other security companies because it lets us tailor reports to customer needs. It provides real-time reporting and the capability to include images and videos of situations. It's available online and incorporates live tracking and reporting, beneficial for HSE and Audit. However, I think it could be enhanced by introducing more features like 2-way voice communication. It doesn't sync automatically and the reporting tool has some restrictions.

I enjoyed the guard tour system and report features of the Trackforce-Valiant software. I particularly liked its user-friendliness in both the web-based and mobile versions. However, I felt that its functionality was mostly confined to these features.
