I've been using Workinsync for a few weeks and I'm impressed with its innovative approach and commitment. I love the meeting room booking feature which lets me schedule meetings and notify all participants. The interactive floor plans are also helpful in locating rooms. However, I wish the user interface was better and I'm disappointed that there's no desktop version.

Upon returning to the office, I was able to choose my working days using the scheduling app, WorkInSync. It allowed me to select my preferred days and make bookings accordingly. I could not only schedule my shifts but also reserve my desk, meals, and parking. However, there were times when the app did not recognize my preferences.

WorkInSync has been great in our office, causing major changes. It has made booking meeting rooms and reserving desks easier, even letting me book my desk a month ahead. It's a complete app for all property services, including hot desking, visitor management, gate pass, meeting room, mail room, and integration with food and transport apps. However, the user experience could be better as I've faced issues with the app loading slowly sometimes.

However, the parking spot booking feature is not as beneficial to me as I have a dedicated car park.

My overall experience with WorkInSync has been positive. It has made collaboration easier and improved efficiency in the changing nature of workplaces. It has simplified space management and meeting room booking, making my daily work planning easier. It has also helped me maintain a good work-life balance as I can now be at work only when necessary. I can check which of my colleagues are coming to the office and plan my in-person meetings accordingly. My only issue is that the web feature isn't as efficient as the app and can be a bit slow.
