BUGGY - Hours Spent, No Video Received
I have a paid SOLO account for Wistia, costing me $3 per year. Often, I forget and create a new video, only to encounter technical issues that prevent me from downloading it.

Undoubtedly, the Ultimate Video Hosting Solution!
From the first time I logged in, to my most recent video upload, I've found Wistia to be an incredible software. The company is engaging and regularly shares inspiring posts with their customers. Their User Community is fantastic. I truly value the services this product offers and am excited about its future. I must praise them for their excellent work. The simplicity of the software is what I like the most. The only improvement I can suggest is the addition of a custom play button, something I've heard colleagues mention as a desired feature.

Effortless Video Management and Deployment with Wistia
I have a highly positive view of Wistia. I value its capability to establish turnstiles and gated videos, which we've successfully incorporated into our inbound campaigns. Linking videos to our e-commerce site showed a clear ROI within the initial few months. The interface is simple and intuitive to manage, deploy, and track all our videos. I appreciate being able to configure each video to permit or prohibit customer sharing, downloading, etc. It's also extremely easy to embed videos on our websites or within email campaigns. I like that the software lets me effortlessly convert videos to various sizes, dimensions, and file formats. I enjoy using the Soapbox feature, a free tool for creating videos, but I wish it was more integrated into the main Wistia platform. I opted for Wistia because it integrates seamlessly with our Hubspot CRM/Marketing tool.
