01 What is AdOpt?
AdOpt is a Consent Management Platform (CMP) designed to ensure websites comply with various privacy laws such as GDPR, DSVGO, PIPEDA, CCPA, and recommendations from France's CNIL. It works by recognizing each visitor and offering them the choice to accept or refuse certain cookies and personalize their preferences. On subsequent visits, the user is recognized and does not need to give consent again, enhancing user experience and customer satisfaction while adhering to legal requirements. AdOpt is used by many renowned companies including DIESEL, Canon, olist, Incepa, and meio&mensagem. To date, it has processed over one billion consents and has more than 8,000 active banners online. The platform offers different pricing options to suit the specific needs of each company.
