It has a user-friendly interface that lets business users interact with data similarly to Excel while executing advanced analytics. Collaboration is also efficient. However, it's costly for IT to implement. They've packaged open source code into an easy-to-use interface, but their data processing fees are high compared to competitors.

The software was easy to begin with and the online tutorials were thorough. Even as beginners, we could effectively use the tool due to its user-friendly graphical interface.
