I've been a user of the leading competitor in the electronic document industry since its inception. I was on a free plan, but they recently discontinued it, prompting me to look for an alternative. I found eversign and have been using their SignLite (free) tier. It's quite powerful, with features like an easy-to-view audit trail and the ability to initial each page. However, I'm deducting one star because it's not very user-friendly. There aren't many video tutorials and the instructions seem to be geared towards more advanced users. Despite having used this type of platform for years, I still find eversign challenging to navigate. I believe they could put more effort into educating their customers about their product. For instance, I would appreciate more instructional videos. I've tried using their AI search engine, but it doesn't seem to understand my queries well. Looking back, I'm glad I had to switch from the leading platform to eversign. It offers more robust features at the basic tier, which are crucial for contract integrity.

There are numerous templates and custom autofill text options. Sending documents is swift and simple, even to multiple recipients. I have the option to upload my signature or have eversign create one for me, and I can type or draw my signature. I can securely store documents in my eversign account and permanently delete them when they're no longer needed. I can also easily export them to my private file location or set them to automatically expire. Eversign provides an audit trail for each transaction/document, including details like IP address and time stamp, which is beneficial in case of disputes.

Enjoying Eversign: More Efficient than Standard Plugins!
I was previously using a different software for signatures which was chaotic due to email and firewall issues. However, eversign has proven to be completely efficient, providing an attached summary page of the signature with the person's name and email. I highly recommend it over traditional options like Adobe and Docusign.
