However, this gave me an opportunity to interact with their customer service, which was quite an experience. What's more, even though I didn't utilize their services as they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, I appreciate the fact that this experience has made me more informed. Comparing these 2 applications, I can say that PandaDoc and Adobe Sign offer different experiences and features for document management. PandaDoc, while offering e-signature capabilities, is more focused on the document creation process. Excellent for Contract Management and Streamlined Invoicing
I use HoneyBook for its valuable contracts and simplified invoicing. I like the auto-billing and recurring billing features, but I'm not satisfied with the high transaction fees. I've noticed that competitors offer faster deposits. Despite the addition of many new features to the software, I've had difficulty learning the initial project features to utilize the new smartfile features. Hiring a professional to assist is too costly. The invoicing platform is user-friendly and the CRM helps me manage contacts and specifics. The contract templates meet my needs perfectly. However, payments take longer to deposit compared to other platforms. The pipeline and smart file features are complicated and even after two years, I'm still not using them. My clients also don't appreciate the notifications on every change within their project. I initially chose HoneyBook thinking I could use the project management platform, but it wasn't up to par so I switched to BaseCamp instead. I often use Square for invoicing because the fees are lower.

I feel safe using it as it doesn't leave a paper trail, thus protecting my information from unwanted scrutiny. Sharing documents between different signees is also made easy. The platform is user-friendly and easy to comprehend from the get-go. I value the feature that allows saving signatures for future use. However, I think the interface could benefit from a makeover and adding signatures can initially be a bit tricky. I opted for DocuSign because it was more cost-effective than other options and provided excellent support.

I have been with Motive, formerly known as Keep Trucking, and had a contract with them for 3 years. I encountered an issue when I discovered that they had deducted $5 from my account after my contract had ended. When I called to complain, they had the audacity to tell me that my contract had automatically renewed and since they had already taken the money, they could only discontinue it after another year. I've never experienced such a ridiculous response in my life, as they are essentially trying to bully me into staying with them for another year. I received no notice of this and only noticed the charge 3 days later as I had just returned from vacation. I would advise against using them.
