Unpleasant Experience with This Company

Terrible, I'd give it a 1/10 and wouldn't recommend it. After a steep learning curve, the software itself is decent. However, even with a great product, their customer service is abysmal. They persuaded us to use their ELD service, which we purchased. We later discovered we didn't need it as we were eligible for an exemption. When I tried to cancel, they refused to refund us anything, despite only using the service for a month. The product works, but the customer service is awful. In response, the vendor apologized for the poor experience and explained that their policy only allows for a refund if the customer informs them within the contract's specified timeframe. They tried to compensate me but were limited by their system. They attempted to contact me via phone and email to discuss the issue further. They stressed that their customers are very important to them.

My overall experience with Motive has been largely positive. It's very user-friendly and is one of the most recognized brands. However, I find the price somewhat high compared to other brands. The vendor responded to my review, expressing thanks and encouraging me to share their service. They also provided contact details for further help. They responded in December 2023.

These guys offer an excellent software that I

I am familiar with the excellent product from Motive, which I discovered to be incredibly valuable once I started using it for my own trucking company. Their service is exceptional, with 24-hour assistance available to resolve any issues related to their product. There couldn't be a simpler solution than Motive, it's like having an ELD for DUMMIES book.
