  Text Editor Bug: A Major Issue with FlipSnack

  I had a really bad experience with Flipsnack's customer service. It seemed like it was outsourced overseas and the representatives didn't know much about the product. There was no phone number for me to call, which wasted my time. The basic functions of the software were okay, but I had a recurring problem with the view in the editor mode being different from the published mode. Specifically, there was a bug with the text box formatting and I couldn't access the HTML to fix it. Despite sending multiple screenshots showing the problem, the customer service kept giving me unsatisfactory answers, often blaming me for the issue. They finally admitted to the bug, but it was a frustrating experience. The vendor responded to my complaint, apologizing for the bad experience and promising to fix the issue. They said they couldn't reproduce the same problem on their end, but assured me they wouldn't ignore the inconvenience I had faced. They promised to do their best to fix the issue and improve.

  Adoring Flipsnack: A User-Friendly Catalog Creator

  I am extremely satisfied with my decision to use Flipsnack. Their interface is remarkably user-friendly and it's an outstanding program for creating online catalogs. I utilize Flipsnack to create an online catalog for my work, which it is perfect for, and it simplifies the process of sharing the catalog. The interface is very user-friendly and simple to navigate. Choosing Flipsnack was certainly a wise decision and I would recommend others to do the same! It does lack some features, such as the ability to alter the size of the catalog after it's already been created, but if you need a feature, you can easily contact their support team. They are very responsive and helpful! The vendor responded to my review in December 2018, expressing gratitude for my positive feedback.

  I've been using Flipsnack for years, starting with a free account. Initially, the user interface was a bit challenging, but the quality of the final product was so impressive that I was more than willing to navigate through it. There was a time when I had to revert back to the free account due to some changes in my renewal date, with plans to upgrade again later. To my surprise, I found that my previously created content was not accessible. However, this gave me an opportunity to explore the features of the free account again, which were still quite useful. When I reached out to the service team for assistance, they informed me about some changes in their account options. They directed me to messages on their website which explained everything in detail. It was a bit of a surprise, but it was also a learning experience about the importance of staying updated with changes in the services I use. Although I was initially taken aback by the changes, I realized that Flipsnack was still offering a great deal of value. I decided to upgrade immediately to regain access to my previous content. The whole experience made me appreciate the value of the premium features even more. Flipsnack's commitment to constantly improving and updating their services is commendable. It's a reminder that in the digital world, change is the only constant. I would definitely recommend Flipsnack to anyone looking for a reliable and evolving digital publishing tool.
