    Frontify enables everyone in my company to easily access the right images, videos, and branding materials like templates. As an admin, I can manage what each end user sees using user groups. However, it took us a while to handle all the assets we wanted to transfer and learn how to properly use the templates. Our designers initially made several errors in the InDesign files, requiring us to frequently update the templates. We opted for Frontify because we felt a stronger need for branding software than a digital asset management system. Even though both systems fulfilled our needs, Frontify's robust branding features influenced our choice.

It has enabled us to transform a large portion of our organization into brand ambassadors, ensuring our brand expression is consistent, accessible, and engaging. Frontify has simplified all aspects of our brand management, significantly boosting internal brand engagement and commitment. It has aided us in understanding and emotionally connecting with our brand's core identity and in finding the right assets at the right time. The support function is very responsive, friendly, agile, and helpful at every stage. However, some aspects of the setup process and administration are somewhat unintuitive and difficult to understand. The backend user interface is not the best from an admin user perspective, with some processes being unclear and overly complex. There are also some bugs within some features, but they can be worked around. I chose Frontify for its personal commitment and support, functionality, user interface, and price.
