      Switched from SproutSocial and Hootsuite to AgoraPulse

      I switched from SproutSocial to Hootsuite due to several price increases over the past two years. Then, I moved from Hootsuite to AgoraPulse because I needed YouTube/TikTok support in the inbox. I discovered AgoraPulse and have been satisfied with it so far. I even subscribed to the paid plan before the end of the free trial. The features meet all my needs and the user interface is simple and well-designed. Keep up the good work!

      In general, Agorapulse works well and is really useful for scheduling social media posts. Initially, I found it a bit tricky to use, but I'm accustomed to it now.

      Excellent Tool for Teams Seeking User-Friendly Experience

      I think Agorapulse is fantastic. The customer service is excellent and it's easy to use. It has almost everything I need, particularly considering the price. The simplicity of use, from setup to daily use and maintenance, makes it the most user-friendly tool available. However, it's missing a few features, like the ability to search all conversations by a specific word to find certain posts. I switched to Agorapulse because of the poor customer support and high cost of my previous tool. The vendor responded to my review, acknowledging my need for a specific word search feature and informed me it's in their plans. They couldn't give a specific release date but assured me it's coming. They also added me to their product feature list so I'll be the first to know when it's released. They encouraged me to share any other ideas on how to improve the product.

      Simplifying My Workflow

      This software has made my life easier by providing a variety of tools and features that allow me to serve my clients more effectively. I value the labels, groups, user-friendliness, reporting, and free tools. I don't have any major complaints. The new features, like the image editor, are great, though they could use some additional functionality such as basic lighting and contrast adjustments. However, this isn't a big issue. I chose Agorapulse for its functionality, ease of use, and customer support. I switched to Agorapulse for the same reasons. I'm very pleased with the features and the 24/7 customer support. If there's anything else they can do to make managing my agency's social media easier, I'll let them know.
