As someone who has spent a good amount of time managing social media, I have tried a lot of different social media management platforms over the years and I have to admit that Agorapulse is one of my favorites. In this review, I want to share my personal experiences and how I find it particularly useful when managing various social accounts.
One of the things I love about Agorapulse is how easy it is to use. Immediately, I was able to schedule posts, reply to comments, and manage direct messages without feeling flustered. For example, during a recent busy product launch campaign, Agorapulse made it easy for me to track and respond to customer feedback and comments from Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn all from one dashboard.
I also appreciate Agorapulse's commitment to improving the platform and regularly updating functions and features regularly based on what users are actually asking for. For instance, when a lot of people (and myself included) were asking for better reporting tools because we needed to show ROI to stakeholders, Agorapulse significantly stepped up their analytics capabilities.
Of course, there are a few restrictions—especially when dealing with Instagram content. Since it's obviously an API and I think back-end software limitation, some things like posting directly to stories or carousel images are not fully supported. Also, while their analytics are good for the high-level reporting that I have used them for, there were some instances where I wanted to dive a little deeper into audience demographics or posted performance metrics/details.
But, in spite of a couple minor setbacks, my overall experience has been positive, largely due to the awesome customer support team who always got back to me quickly (and even left a few jokes)! Pricing may be challenging if you're a smaller business or on a limited budget; but if you're looking to enhance your social media management as your brand grows, Agorapulse can save you time and is easy to use!

Top Pick for Social Media Scheduling!
I have been using various social media tools for the past 5 years and I find Agorapulse to be the most user-friendly, offering the most features even at the lowest subscription level. It's incredibly easy to schedule content, engage with followers, and create custom reports to understand user behavior. However, I've faced issues when trying to post more than one photo on Instagram using the app and when scheduling a post with an image on Facebook, the image often doesn't appear. I wish Agorapulse could integrate with Pinterest and maybe even TikTok. I chose Agorapulse for its ease of use and preferred layout after using it for a client. The vendor responded to my review, explaining that due to Instagram's API limits, it's necessary to use the mobile app to post multiple pictures on Instagram.
