My experience with Glasscubes has been excellent. The product is reliable and I don't remember any downtime except for scheduled overnight maintenance, which didn't disrupt our operations. I've been using and managing the system for over seven years without any problems. The team is quick to answer questions and fix issues, and they're open to implementing new features. We've had to discuss our payment schedule with Glasscubes' finance team due to our internal processes in the NHS. I chose Glasscubes because it's easy to use and support and training are readily available.

Glasscubes: Excellent for Team Collaboration!
I find Glasscubes excellent for collaborating from various locations and consolidating all documents in one place. However, I didn't rate it five stars because I sometimes struggle to navigate back to a specific place, although I've now bookmarked that page in my browser.

He provided two online presentations that were among the best I've seen, being clear, concise, and informative without any hard sell. The implementation and onboarding process was intuitive and straightforward, with excellent support from the team and online content. Our primary contacts were always ready to assist. In terms of value, Glasscubes surpassed my expectations and I believe it will only continue to get better. While there are areas for improvement, their 'vote for new functionality' feature allows clients to help prioritize what should be done next. Our team of 13 has given overwhelmingly positive feedback. Glasscubes has made us more collaborative by centralizing our work and creating a focal point for our company. I look forward to working with Glasscubes for many years to come and believe they will become a major player in this market, especially for small SMEs. The software is easy to use and has a wide range.
