I would give the software an 8/10 rating. I'm generally happy with DoITGood's services and support. The dashboards are good and I like the Cloud Trail feature. However, sometimes my queries aren't answered quickly, even for urgent issues. The vendor has recognized this delay and promised a timely resolution in the future. They've asked me to discuss with my account manager to understand the reasons for these delays. I appreciate their understanding and ongoing support.
