Reliable and comprehensive: Mixpanel is a reliable solution that provides a variety of tools and libraries useful for administrators, marketers, developers, and managers

-

-
Detailed analytics: Mixpanel is used for understanding drop-off and conversion across different product funnels, measuring product usage analytics across different plans to better understand customers, and encouraging feature adoption through usage analytics

Long-term User Experience with Mixpanel
I've been enjoying using Mixpanel for a while now, although it's quite costly for my business and has caused some implementation issues. I'd recommend it for beginners in data analytics, but there are better options available.

Unrivaled Tool for Comprehensive Product Analytics!
I use Mixpanel for understanding drop-off and conversion across different product funnels, measuring product usage analytics across different plans to better understand our customers, and encouraging feature adoption through usage analytics. I also use it to create a cross-functional dashboard to consolidate and present crucial metrics, making it easier to keep stakeholders informed. I appreciate the seamless event and funnel segmentation analysis and the many crunching functionalities. The data is readily downloadable in CSV or PNG format, and integrating the tracking code is hassle-free thanks to the comprehensive documentation and video tutorials. Overall, my experience has been pleasant. However, there are a few drawbacks. The dashboard lacks an auto-save feature, so I have to manually save every time I add a report. The pop-up is quite annoying, and there are occasional sync issues where some events don't show up until after a hard refresh. There's also no option to create a team or squad to collaborate on a specific dashboard, and the software doesn't offer an extensive range of integrations.

Steer Clear of Mixpanel!
I feel that they are dishonest in their contract setup and management. I would definitely avoid it as there are much better solutions available.
