I have been using Hushmail for many years for both personal and business email. This service is not free, but it's worth the cost as my email accounts have never been hacked and I've seen no evidence of malicious government activity. I can't guarantee things I don't know, but I've had no known breaches of my accounts. The customer service team is very helpful, though somewhat hard to reach by phone, but responsive via email. They've been so nice that they've even increased my storage beyond what was commercially available. I highly recommend this email service, especially to small businesses.

I believe Hushmail is fantastic and I have no complaints. The customer service team is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The software is very user-friendly and if something is unclear, customer support is always ready to assist. I have no dislikes about this software. I chose Hushmail as I was unaware of any other products and the representative I initially spoke with was very informative and patient in explaining how my emails would be safely transferred to their system. He assured me it would be quick and easy, and he was correct! We even communicated over the weekend, which was beneficial as that's when I have time to contemplate major decisions. I switched to Hushmail because my previous system was not confidential and HIPAA compliant.
