As someone who has used Zoho Mail for several small businesses, I find it dependable and value for email services. I really think that Zoho Mail might be the best provider for start-ups and entrepreneurs looking for an email solution that is professional, but won’t break the bank. For instance, when I helped a friend start her online boutique, we had her custom emails under her domain - with no upfront fees.
Security is something that I feel strongly about, and I know I can trust Zoho Mail with my (and my clients' information). The time when I was managing communications for a client who provided financial services, I had the comfort of their spam filters and encryption. I did not have to worry that I was sending sensitive information with the risk of it landing in the wrong inbox and overwhelmed with spam.
However, with that being said, when I assisted a colleagues, who was less technically inclined, setup his IMAP settings on his mobile - our IT guidance was at the same level of engagement - and quite frankly, it was a nuisance. This example really illustrated that there were points where Zoho Mail could have continued to be better with the setup or have direct live assistance without the reliance on tutorials.
Additionally, when you send there is a chance for delay with email sync across devices with all of the internal parish communication. They did usually go to our junk emails, although it was almost never something that hugely impeded us in anything we were doing, as it almost always slowed us down at critical moments.
All in all, I have been very satisfied with Zoho Mail in general with they way affordability, security and fits the small business and startup niche. Although there is some issues with user-friendliness and processes, Zoho Mail has continued to be the best of professional email providers it can be.

The primary distinction is what each is built upon. Google Workspace was created with collaborative applications at its core (e.g., shared drives, document-based workflows, live meeting links, commenting threads, etc.) – where the routing layer is based on email. The majority of the value of this platform is derived from the speed with which teams can transition from "message," to "document," to "decision" – all within the same context. Therefore, if your company creates drafts, proposal outlines, product specifications and shared workbooks; those elements will show up as actual throughput in terms of time.
Zoho Mail is designed with an email-focused approach as well, although more intentionally so than Google Workspace. As such, it typically makes the most sense when your workflow revolves mainly around the inbox, calendar, and a few shared email accounts. Furthermore, if you prefer to maintain a simple tool chain and would prefer to avoid committing to the full productivity...

Simplifies Social Management
We attempted to manage our social channels manually but it was ineffective. We tried other tools but they were cumbersome and too complex for our needs. We discovered Zohosocial and are extremely pleased with its technology and user-friendliness. It simplifies collaboration within our team for business management. Great job!

Simple & Cost-Free
I find Zoho Mail easy and free to use. I utilize their invoicing tool to send small bills to clients. Although it can be slightly complex in some areas, it's simple enough to understand. Considering it's free, I think it's fantastic.

Excellent for Basic Needs, Falls Short on Suite Integration
I had a solid experience with Zoho Mail for the 5 years I used it. It was mostly stable with no major issues and the setup was straightforward. I rarely had to switch into the "admin" role, making it quite easy for basic email tasks. However, over time, their email solution and other features felt increasingly limited. Despite being a great free product for up to 5 users, it felt like more effort than it was worth to stay on Zoho's platform when everyone else was using big names like Gsuite and O365. Zoho Mail served well as a provider for my email on my custom domain, offering all the features you would expect from a typical email provider. It was simple to set up and the UI was simple yet powerful. I was using the "free" version, which is fully featured but limited to 5 users. While it includes a lot of mail features, it is ultimately limited.

Exploring Zoho Mail: A Valuable Tool for Businesses
I find Zoho Mail to be an invaluable tool for startups and mid-sized businesses, exceeding my expectations. Its user-friendliness is a major plus, making it the ideal mail service for those seeking a satisfactory mail management software without breaking the bank. I value its high cost-effectiveness, offering all the necessary features at a fair price. It also boasts unbeatable features like shortcut keys for quick access to preferred options like calendar, tasks, notes, attachments, etc. The interface is straightforward to use, eliminating any guesswork when navigating the app. However, I think the company could improve by offering live support for mailbox installation instead of just video tutorials. Setting up the email was somewhat challenging and required expert assistance. But once set up, the program runs smoothly. I switched to Zoho Mail because SpamTitan was too advanced and difficult for me to use.

As a Fresh Entrepreneur: Zoho Mail Review
As a new entrepreneur, I've found Zoho Social to be incredibly helpful in scheduling future posts across multiple platforms. I've been searching for a software like this for a while and even the free version has allowed me to manage my social media channels effectively. What I appreciate about the Zoho Social team is that they offer a 15-day trial period where you can enjoy the full version and schedule posts that will appear on your social media channels even after the trial ends. I've also had interactions with their customer service, who were very friendly and understanding. They were quick to resolve an issue I had with my email address.

Zoho: A Key Player in My Business Success Over the Past 4 Years
I have built five companies in the past four years and for each one, I have used Zoho. I have used various products including Mail, Inventory Manager, the HR platform, and more. I am amazed at how seamless the integration between these products is and how user-friendly the platform is, offering what seems like hundreds of different products. Despite my technical background, many of my employees who don't have one, can manage customizing and setting up new domains just fine. I absolutely love Zoho! There's nothing I really dislike, although at times it can be frustrating when I make mistakes in integration setups, but that's on me. I switched to Zoho Mail because it was cheaper and smaller.
