Bluehost is attempting to upsell me
Bluehost is constantly attempting to upsell me different versions of my site, such as .online or .business, and they persist despite my refusal. I don't want these. They seem to underestimate their customers' intelligence. They now claim that my payment details need updating, but these are for the .online site listed on my account, which I never added and can't remove. They need to stop this nonsense or they risk losing business.

Our Website Migration Was a Catastrophe.
The transition of our website from GoDaddy to BlueHost was a total mess. Parts of the website either vanished or malfunctioned. Despite following the recommended procedures to rectify the issue, I had no success. I was then sold a WP consulting package, promising to fix a WordPress site. However, they merely attempted to instruct me on how to fix it myself. As I'm not a web developer, I doubted this would work. Worse still, they couldn't identify the problem or guide me on how to resolve it. After wasting hours, I hired a third-party consultant from Upwork who immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. I eventually got a refund for the Bluehost consulting.
