Effortless to Use
I believe Cloudways is decent and I continue to use it due to its excellent value. I've always found deploying cloud software challenging without a deep understanding of cloud computing and administration skills. However, Cloudways simplifies this by consolidating everything into one web hosting company. They offer hosting services from leading providers like Google, Amazon AWS, Vultr, Linode, and Digital Ocean. I personally use Vultr and find it very user-friendly and cost-effective, so I would recommend it. However, there are some drawbacks. Unlike cpanel/shared hosting, where custom emails, backups, and DNS are included, with Cloudways, you have to pay for these services, including offsite backups. Even though they're affordable, it's still an extra cost.

Cloudways: Exceptional Hosting Experience
I will certainly continue to use Cloudways and highly recommend it. The pay-as-you-go system can be slightly perplexing, but it's truly fantastic and makes the most sense. Their customer support is excellent. I initially believed I would need to pay for premium support, but their team is so outstanding and accessible that I haven't felt the need yet. Setting up staging sites is incredibly simple, and I have several for different purposes. The integration with GitHub is also excellent, although a bit complex to set up. The service doesn't include email or a domain, which wasn't an issue for me, but I can understand how it might be for others. I chose Cloudways because it's simply superior to other hosting services I've used. I switched from WPEngine because it was too costly and not worth the price.

Exceptional CloudWays Experience
I highly recommend CloudWays as a hosting platform for websites. It's superior and simpler to use than any other server, cloud, or hosting company I've come across. I've been a loyal user since its inception and have never had any issues. They consistently offer great deals for new users and their pricing is very reasonable. I only pay for what I use due to their pay-as-you-go system. As a developer, CloudWays has significantly simplified my work, allowing anyone, even those without experience, to install any CMS or PHP based system. Their customer service is top-notch, scoring a perfect 10/10. I haven't found any negatives about CloudWays, especially now that they've updated their website to be faster and more user-friendly. If you're used to using cPanel, be prepared to learn a new way to manage your servers and websites, but it's a quick learning curve.

Unjust Funds Withdrawal from a Closed Account on Cloudways
I am extremely dissatisfied with Cloudways as they are seemingly trying to steal my money. I used their service for a day and found it to be very slow, so I switched to another host. Before closing my account, I requested a refund of the £8 they charged me, but they assured me it was taken from my credits. However, after closing my account, I received a bill of $44 USD via email. I am unsure of who to report this to, as it seems illegal. I am also unsure of how to prevent them from generating new invoices for a non-existent account. I am looking into how to report this issue.
