Nectar: Boosting Company Culture and Employee Recognition
Overall, I believe that Nectar significantly enhances company culture by acknowledging individuals for tasks beyond their job description. It removes the need to discuss gift expenses with management. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve company culture and recognize those taking on multiple roles. I've been using Nectar for a month and find it incredibly easy to reward my colleagues. It's thrilling to see who gets recognized for their extra efforts. However, there are a few usability issues. Tracking a specific person's progress is not straightforward, as you have to scroll through the page to find someone who has given them points before. The interface is quite basic, offering limited interaction.
