I highly rate Wingmate! The team, particularly my project manager, is truly exceptional. They are receptive to suggestions for improvement and frequently integrate these into the platform. The support staff is also very responsive and helpful. The software is user-friendly and can be tailored to our needs. It enables front-line users to add leads in just a few steps and offers immediate information about an account. My only regret is not starting to use it sooner. I switched to Wingmate from Salesforce because the latter was too complicated and lacked customer support unless you paid extra.

I must confess that Wingmate has completely transformed my view of our front line. It's not just a tool for us salespeople, but it also enables our drivers to act as salespeople while meeting our obligations. It equips them with a tool they can utilize in their daily tasks. Having previously worked in operations at Purolator, it's refreshing to see our drivers' voices being recognized and I'm directly involved in making this happen. What I value most about Wingmate is its capacity to give our drivers a voice that is heard. It acts as a bridge between our front line and sales team. My only critique is that it can be daunting for some of our older drivers, who could potentially be very valuable. Apart from that, I have no complaints. It's an excellent software and tool for accomplishing the task at hand! The vendor responded to my review in October 2019, expressing gratitude and openness to suggestions for improving engagement. They were thrilled to have me as part of their team.
