Selecting Dayforce: A Smart Choice?
Overall, Dayforce has been able to meet my needs and the support team is always available when I have questions. My TAM has made the transition to Dayforce smooth and turned my daily issues into learning and resolving opportunities instead of frustrations. Dayforce is the closest I could find to a one-stop solution that still meets my needs. Having so much data in one place allows for powerful reporting. However, I wish Dayforce had an internal ability to electronically sign documents, as it would make setting up and maintaining onboarding documents much easier. I switched to Dayforce HCM because I was a previous Ceridian Source customer who left due to ACA needs, but was unhappy with the support at ADP and was happy to return to Dayforce.

The sales promises for APS Payroll were high, but the reality exceeded my expectations. It's superior to most systems I've tried. Given its price, functionality, and delivery, it's a suitable system for small to medium-sized employers. The additional options enhance the system in my opinion. It's very user-friendly and the layout is easy to navigate. It's also accessible on mobile devices. Customization can be a bit challenging, but the company is open to collaboration, although it may take time to develop any custom features, if they're available at all. I primarily chose APS Payroll because of its cost. Overall, the system fulfilled our needs. We switched to APS Payroll for updates and upgrades. I appreciate the positive response from the vendor and I'm pleased that our payroll processes have been simplified with their unified platform. I look forward to continuing to have a great experience with APS.
