    Avochato: A Powerful Tool for Higher Education

    I appreciate Avochato for its usefulness in higher education. I like its feature of assigning names to phone numbers once a ticket is submitted and tracking all submissions. However, I find it lacking in options to prevent people from calling the number without completely disabling it. The only other alternative is to allow them to leave a voicemail, which can be counterintuitive.

    Avochato offers a fantastic platform and a user-friendly web environment. However, I find it challenging to manage separate group conversations for different usernames unless they have distinct numbers. Additionally, it doesn't support Spanish characters. I moved to Avochato to expand my messaging options.
