Unrivaled Presentation Software Solution
I have been using Microsoft PowerPoint for many years, creating numerous presentations for various clients. I have never had any issues with clients being unable to open a file or having problems with their presentations. Although it takes some time to master, once you understand it, you can create impressive presentations. PowerPoint is a straightforward tool with a "what-you-see-is-what-you-get" interface. It is the leading presentation software, ensuring that no client or venue will have issues with presentations created using it. It is also versatile, allowing me to create online slideshows, clickable infographics, and embed original graphics and videos. However, like all Microsoft products, PowerPoint has its quirks. It could be more user-friendly, and it is not suitable for creating original art or illustrations. If I need original graphics, I find it better to create them in another app, like Illustrator or Photoshop, and then import them into PowerPoint.

An Essential Tool for Teachers Like Myself
I find Microsoft PowerPoint to be a widely used and familiar software that allows me to navigate quickly, even with updates in newer versions. The main panels are well distributed, making it comfortable to work within the program. The functions are neatly stored in panels, providing a clean and orderly look. I use this program to create presentations when I need more specific features. I appreciate that the functions are also depicted with icons, making it user-friendly for new users. This is also helpful for experienced users as there are many functions and the icons serve as reminders for each function. The program offers a variety of features for creating creative and engaging content, such as text in various forms, images, and the insertion of video and audio. However, there are a few drawbacks. The keyboard shortcuts are not listed, importing gif files into presentations is not easy or convenient, and the program is not free. Also, editing the finished file on devices without the program is not possible. I chose Microsoft PowerPoint over Google Slides.
