  • UX/UI Designers: Miro is a valuable tool for UI/UX designers, especially in teams without a dedicated designer. It helps move ideas from brainstorming to wireframes and high-fidelity designs. However, the undo feature could be improved

• Agile Teams: Agile teams can benefit from Miro's impressive sharing options, real-time editing, survey conducting, task timing, and presentation features. It's particularly useful for remote workers due to its collaborative aspect and the whiteboard feature

  • Sales Teams: Sales teams can use Miro for creating org charts, sales strategies, and visualizations. It's easy to use and affordable, making it a preferred tool for salespeople who don't want to spend a lot of time creating charts and presentations

Unlocking Collaboration, Planning and Management with Miro

Miro has proven to be an essential tool for my team, helping us establish a productive workspace where we can collaborate, plan, and monitor our progress. It ensures that all our projects are finished on time and includes everyone in the process. Miro has enabled us to streamline our work, reducing the number of tools we need by addressing multiple issues with just one product. It assists us in strategizing and planning our work using Gantt charts, and mapping our projects with flowcharts and diagrams for a clearer understanding of our workflow. However, its wide range of functions can sometimes make it challenging to select the right features for our work.

Appreciating Miro's Unique Approach to Customer Service

Miro is absolutely packed with fantastic features and is incredibly user-friendly! I'm a multi-seat subscriber and I really appreciate their unique approach to customer service. They lean towards email support, which is a refreshing change from the norm. It's great because it allows me to articulate my issues in detail and gives them ample time to provide a comprehensive solution. It might take a bit longer than phone support, but the quality of the solutions they provide is worth the wait. It's a different experience compared to other software companies, but it's a change I welcome. I'm excited to see how they continue to innovate their customer service approach in the future. I'm definitely sticking with Miro!

      The Original and Unbeatable Miro

I'm not certain if Miro is the first collaborative web whiteboard, but it definitely feels like the best and most comprehensive one that has gained enough popularity to be widely used. It's incredibly user-friendly, which is essential as the aim is to involve the entire team on the shared boards. It needs to be simple enough for all team members to engage. My only complaint is the cost. The free version is quite limited, which I understand, but with so many other office suites now offering a version of whiteboarding/mind-mapping/brainstorming software (even Figma now has it), it's hard to justify spending so much on Miro unless you're using it as a project management or full-blown UX tool as well. It's much easier to use FigJam, for example, as your brainstorming tool, than it would be to use Miro in place of a full Figma.
