I am impressed with the Moz Local team for their amazing service and their accommodation of both small and large errors. I recommend this software for medium to large organizations. However, the time it takes to get noticed and score can be a challenge for small businesses that are cash strapped, like mine, where building SEO and peripherals is already demanding due to a small client base in a small country. Boosting Citations with Moz Local: A User's Perspective
My experience with Moz Local has been average. While I've been a loyal user of the Moz brand for over 7 years and find their products useful for keyword research and local citation building, I believe they need to improve their layout as it seems outdated compared to other SEO tools' dashboards. Recently, they made changes to their dashboard and the way business information is uploaded, which I appreciate as it used to be very confusing. Now, I can track my clients' local SEO score and find NAP inconsistencies across well-known aggregators and other trusted listing sites. They've also improved their options for uploading images, content, and reporting tools to track progress. However, I'm not a fan of the layout and the process of uploading data and business information. I find Yext local white label more user-friendly. Despite these issues, I continue to use Moz Local to boost citations and local listings for my clients.

Value-for-Money Platform with Useful Features
My experience with Moz Local has been satisfactory, but not outstanding. I particularly value the citation builder feature. However, I find there's a lack of clarity about what I'm signing up for. The number of citations differs for each location and if I indicate that I don't serve people at my location, I can expect 10-16 citations for the money I've paid. I chose and switched to Moz Local primarily because of its price. I appreciate the vendor's response and their offer to assist with any questions.
