I find the platform easy to use and appreciate that it doesn't require daily monitoring. Yext has streamlined the process for our franchise owners to update their business information on a single platform, ensuring the correct information appears on various sites and allowing them to make updates as needed. The process is simple and efficient. While I believe the interface could be more visually appealing, I am overall satisfied with the system. My overall experience with Yext was positive, although I found the cost a bit high. I really appreciated the user-friendly nature of the software and its functionality. However, when compared to other similar software on the market, Yext is quite pricey. I switched to Yext because I wanted to try something new. The vendor responded to my review, expressing their gratitude and offering their support team's help for any questions or concerns I might have. They also encouraged me to reach out to them at support@yext.com to optimize my account and services. They appreciated my feedback. This response was given in September 2020.

Assisting Our Branches with Yext
I've had a positive experience working with the Yext team. Their product meets our needs for listings, reviews, and promoting our bank. I value the convenience of updating data on a single platform that disseminates to multiple listings at once. However, we've faced some system bugs that needed fixing, slowing down our task completion speed. The Yext support team has been instrumental in resolving these issues. I received a response from the vendor in May 2019, thanking me for my feedback and expressing their satisfaction that their support team was able to promptly address the issues we faced. They also expressed their pleasure that their products and services have been beneficial in promoting our bank to our customers.
