Value for Money with OneHash
Overall, I find that while I can create decent delivery notes with OneHash, it's not easy to make changes to any forms. It's frustrating that changes don't carry over to the BOM's, resulting in more work. Even as an administrator, making any changes is difficult. This software is an entry-level WMS, providing access to various areas related to manufacturing and inventory management. The training modules are helpful for learning the software. However, it's not as user-friendly as some other programs when it comes to altering reports. I wish it had features like reviewing the cost of ingredients over time and creating customer profiles with individualized product costs and time limits. Currently, changing an item is a complex process. It would be convenient to print out the BOM's for each product for employees to note batch numbers for processing. The point system seems pointless as there's no reward for having the most points. Lastly, the multiple layers of save and submit are confusing. It would be better to have a simpler process.

Onehash Needs Improvement
I've been using onehash for a day and the gaming experience was great. However, when it came to withdrawing my Bitcoins, I felt like I was being scammed. It's been over a day and I still haven't received my payout. I don't know why it's taking so long and no one is giving me any information. I contacted support and they said they would forward my details to the relevant department, but I've received no response. I understand that things might be slow due to the pandemic, but I wish they would at least tell me how long it will take. I've invested money into this website, the least they could do is keep me informed. I googled onehash's payout confirmation wait time and it said up to 1 minutes, which can't be true. If I receive my payment, I'll update this review, but for now, I wouldn't recommend onehash.

The software is excellent, fast, and user-friendly, offering numerous features that are too many to mention. It's ideal for a startup and provides great value for the price. The pro full package is unrestricted, highly customizable, and scalable. The support team is prompt, precise, friendly, and responsive. The host server responds swiftly with no lag. Even though the software is self-implemented, it's easy to do so. The only support available is through chat and email, but the response is very quick. I chose OneHash CRM because I wanted to expand with more team members and was seeking a change from Dolibarr. OneHash has been meeting my needs in trading, manufacturing, and service, without any limitations. I appreciate the vendor's response and their dedication to customer experience and satisfaction. Their hard work is clear.
