Exceptional Support from Profit.co
The support team at Profit.co is outstanding. I've needed their help late at night and on weekends, and they've always been ready to assist. They've been crucial in supporting my journey with OKRs. The software is a complete solution for improving company execution, including OKRs, Performance Review, and task management. Profit.co also recently launched the OKR academy, a valuable resource for our team to learn best practices. The software is fully customizable to fit the company's needs. Initially, the product wasn't intuitive and setting up quarterly OKRs took some time. However, the Profit.co team was always there to guide me. There were a few features that didn't meet our needs, but the support team quickly addressed them and added them as enhancements to be released soon. I chose Profit.co because of its price and comprehensive package, including OKRs and Performance Management. I switched from Atiim because their support was poor and they were acquired by a new company that decided not to continue with the service.

Profit.co also provides hundreds of useful KPIs right out of the box. The Profit.co team is quick and eager to assist with setup and product improvement based on user feedback. I am extremely satisfied with Profit.co's product. It is user-friendly and provides excellent support when needed. The product is intuitive and offers a comprehensive solution for my global team, helping us focus, prioritize, and achieve our goals. Profit.co is feature-rich and designed to execute a company's objectives. I appreciate the 360-degree view it provides of priorities, tasks, subtasks, relationships, outcomes, employee engagement, and performance management. I am impressed by the product's customizability and the ease of task assignment within our team. With 300 prebuilt KPIs and KPI boards, managing KRs is straightforward. We were able to start with our first OKR after just a 30-minute call with their customer support team. The extensive training videos and product content provided further information. However, I would suggest incorporating guided workflow methodologies similar to WalkMe, as the current method requires users to leave the system to understand how to use the software.
