I particularly value the integration with Salesforce, the tool's flexibility, and its ease of use provided by Qobra. It has helped us resolve several issues related to bonuses, such as the flexibility in the calculation method, which is especially useful in hyper-growth companies like ours where the system is reviewed at least annually. It also provides visibility on the calculation method for our users, both live and historically, which was previously quite unclear.
