I find SeedLegals to be quite impressive, with their customer support being prompt and providing sound advice. However, I've noticed some inconsistencies in the responses from different customer support representatives. Some shy away from tax-related queries while others are more informative, which I appreciate. It seems like there's always someone who knows more than the others, and I'd prefer to consistently speak with that person. I wish there were more resources to understand how to handle a Delaware flip and equity-related issues. The new investor portal seems to put SeedLegals in a potential conflict of interest. I question if we can still consider SeedLegals as our lawyers if they are also representing our investors. I initially chose SeedLegals because of their well-written blogs.
