Fast Setup, Excellent Support, Yet Requires Time to Master Details
I've been using SmartSurvey for social science research for about six weeks now, specifically for conducting open-ended questionnaires about how online communities assist in caring for those with chronic health conditions. I find it to be an excellent tool for this purpose, as it allows me to efficiently reach a globally distributed population by posting links to surveys within online communities. I chose SmartSurvey because I needed a service provider that complies with EU data privacy laws and offers a product in English, a requirement many US providers couldn't meet, especially regarding data deletion. SmartSurvey assured me they could delete survey data from active servers within a week and from backups within 30 days upon request. Setting up a basic survey is straightforward, but there's a lot of customizability on the back end, which can take some time to learn. However, the documentation is good and any support tickets I've submitted have been answered promptly and helpfully.

I recently had the opportunity to try out SmartSurvey and I must say, it was quite an interesting experience! I was intrigued by a survey that offered £3 for just 3 minutes of my time to provide feedback on energy usage. I thought, What a great way to make a little extra cash while sharing my thoughts! After providing some basic information, I was invited to sign up and create my own survey. I found this to be a unique feature, allowing me to potentially gather my own data and insights. It's not every day you come across a platform that empowers you to conduct your own research! I did have a few questions about the process, so I reached out to their customer service through the website. I'm eagerly awaiting their response and I'm confident they'll clear up any uncertainties. I even took a screenshot of the advertisement for reference, which was a breeze thanks to the user-friendly interface of the website. Before I completed the survey, I did my due diligence and checked everything out. I must say, everything seems to be in order. It's always good to be cautious, but I'm optimistic about this opportunity. I'm looking forward to seeing how this unfolds and potentially earning that £3!
