    Long-Term User Insights on SpriggHR Software

    As a member of a small organization, I've found that SpriggHR has significantly streamlined our performance review process, making it much simpler for all parties involved. I particularly value the ease of disseminating information to numerous users and the guidance it offers to managers and employees regarding the significance and specifics of reviews. However, my main criticism of the software is the absence of a how-to guide. I wish there was more instruction or a manual for administrators, rather than having to request assistance each time. The flow chart demonstrating how the program is used is beneficial, but it can also be perplexing. I didn't select Sprigg, it was acquired before I joined the company. The vendor responded to my review, advising me to visit the online Help Centre for "How-To" guides, including one for Administrators.

    I absolutely adore Sprigg and can't imagine functioning without it! It's user-friendly and provides some of the best product support I've ever encountered. It's intuitive, clear, and the support is thorough and incredibly quick whenever I have a question or issue. However, I wish the reporting was a bit more practical, maybe allowing for reports to be run for specific dates rather than a full year. I value the vendor's response and it's reassuring to know they appreciate feedback from key clients like myself. They assure that their support is first-rate and that ease of use is a top priority.

    Affordable Key Solution for Your Organization

    I find the Sprigghr software easy to set up and user-friendly, with excellent help guides and technical support. It's ideal for small to medium-sized companies. However, I'm disappointed by the lack of a smartphone app and would like more options for storing company information and customizing e-files. I appreciate the vendor's responsiveness to my feedback and their consideration of my suggestions for e-file development.
