Event Temple: Simply Outshining the Competition
I've become a loyal user of Event Temple because they've shown me their loyalty. They've kept every promise and made the transition as smooth as possible. Their customer service is exceptionally fantastic, which is rare for annual subscription programs. The software is highly customizable, accommodating, and easy to use. It has reduced our booking process from 25 minutes per event to just about 3 minutes! However, I wish the financial and statistical reports were as comprehensive and accommodating as the rest of the program. We chose Event Temple after considering about 6 different programs, but none of them could handle the complexity of our business. We're a nonprofit with 13 spaces available on an hourly basis at standard or subsidized rates and host an average of 120 events every week with a focus on fostering a connected community. We switched to Event Temple because Gather failed to uphold their end of our agreement and was extremely difficult to reach until I posted negative reviews online, making the process far more contentious than necessary.

Event Temple: A Must-Have for Efficiency and Reliability
I have been utilizing Event Temple since 2016 to automate responses to numerous leads and manage each lead's information. I constantly use the software, which I keep open on my computer all day. I can't envision running my business without it. The software is user-friendly and intuitive. It's the only one I know that allows me to text my leads, a significant advantage. I find that the emails don't end up in spam and are reliably delivered. This is why I continue to use Event Temple. It's effective and efficient. On the rare occasions when an email does go missing, the text feature comes to the rescue. Clients receive the text and anticipate an email. If they don't see it, they inform me. The customer service is excellent - quick, effective, and professional. I feel very well looked after by this company. I rate it 5 stars. However, I don't appreciate having to use a proxy phone number that isn't local.

Thrilled with Our New Catering Management Software
I am extremely impressed with Event Temple. The switch from Caterease was smooth and the overall experience has improved significantly. The customer service has been a major factor in my satisfaction. The software is highly customizable and offers excellent customer support. It's quite intuitive, although it takes some time to save pages when editing item numbers. I wish I had more customization options for the calendar. I chose Event Temple because it provided the best value for money, was the easiest to use, and offered the best customer interaction after testing and speaking with representatives from all options. I switched to Event Temple because the previous software was terrible - it was constantly crashing, glitchy, expensive, not cloud-based, and not intuitive.
